Dr. Powers received his Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science from the University of New Hampshire. He then completed veterinary school at the Atlantic Veterinary College in Prince Edward Island, Canada, graduating in 2015. Following that, he completed a rotating medicine and surgical internship at VCA South Shore. He has special interests in dentistry and pain management. Dr. Powers originally grew up in Harpswell, Maine, harvesting seaweed and working at a marina during the summers. He and his wife currently live in Scituate with their Vizsla “Cisco“ and cat “Flurry“. Dr. Powers enjoys most outdoor activities, especially hiking, boating, golfing, and skiing.

Dr. Ruth Fundyga is a veterinarian at Marshfield Animal Hospital with special interests in preventive care, dermatology, and feline behavior. Outside the clinic, she lives in Plymouth and enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her two cats.
